KAV Global Ventures Private Limited is tucked away at 38C/90 on 3rd Main Road. This part of Gandhi Nagar in Adyar is always moving. You can hear the traffic from the main road if the windows are open, which they usually are unless it’s really dusty outside. We aren’t some huge corporation with hundreds of staff members. It is a small group of us here in this Chennai office, dealing with our daily tasks and trying to keep everything organized. The space is simple. We have our computers, some filing cabinets that probably need a good cleaning, and a small area where we have our lunch. Working in Gandhi Nagar is nice because everything is close by, but it gets busy. We don’t spend time writing out fancy mission statements or anything like that. That isn't how we operate. We just show up in the morning, check what’s on the list, and try to get through it by the evening. Sometimes we stay late when there is a lot to do, other times we leave right on time to beat the Adyar traffic. It’s just a regular workplace where we handle our business without making a big fuss about it. If you walk past 3rd Main Road, you might see us. We’ve been at this address for a bit now and it feels like home to the team. It is just a straightforward place to work.
