Katti-Ma Exports Pvt. Ltd.

We are up on the ninth floor of The Rain Tree Place. It is an old building on Mc-Nichols Road in Chetpet, but it works for us. Katti-Ma Exports has been operating out of this office for quite some time now. You have to take the lift up to Office-A. From the window, you can see a good bit of the neighborhood, which is nice when things get busy. We deal with export paperwork and coordinating shipments all day long. It gets a bit noisy with the phones ringing and everyone trying to get things sorted before the shipping deadlines. It is not a huge team, just a few of us sitting at desks piled with folders and tea cups. Sometimes the traffic on Mc-Nichols Road makes it hard for people to get here on time, but that is just how it is in this part of town. We do not have a big showroom or anything. It is mostly just computers and filing cabinets. We focus on making sure the goods get to where they are supposed to go across the sea. The days go by fast when there are a lot of containers to track. We have been in Chetpet so long that the local tea stall guy knows exactly what we want without us even asking. It is a simple setup. We just come in, do the work, and try to make sure everything is handled the right way for the people we work with every day.
