Karthiga & Co.

Our office for Karthiga & Co. is at 44, 2nd Street in Mandaveli. We are very near Valleeswaran Garden, which is a nice landmark for anyone trying to find us. Mandaveli is a pleasant place to work because of all the greenery around the garden area. Our workspace is on the ground floor of an old building. It is a bit small and we have had to get creative with how we store our files and equipment. There are boxes tucked under the desks and shelves that go all the way to the ceiling. We don't have a fancy reception area or a sign that lights up. Most people just see our name on the door and walk in. We have been doing this for many years and have built up a good relationship with the people living on 2nd Street. Every morning we start by sweeping the front step and making sure the office is ready for the day. We spend a lot of time on the phone or writing out notes for our clients. We don't use much technology besides an old computer that takes a while to start up. It gives us a chance to have a cup of coffee while we wait. The work isn't glamorous, but it keeps us busy and we enjoy the routine. We know the local shopkeepers and often chat with them during our breaks. It’s a small, friendly business and we like it that way.
