Sm Garments

We are located at Plot No. 5/233 on Veeramani 3rd Street. It’s a bit of a mouthful to say the whole address, but we are right there in Karunanithi Cholan Nagar, over in the Kandanchavadi area. It’s a local spot and we’ve been part of the community here for a while. The building isn't anything special to look at, but it works for what we need. Inside, there is always something going on. We handle a lot of different types of garments, so there are always scraps of thread and fabric on the floor by the end of the shift. We try to sweep up every evening, but by the next morning, it’s back to the same. It can get a bit hot in the afternoons, but we have a couple of big fans that help out. We don't have a big team, just a few reliable people who know how to sew and finish things properly. Dealing with the logistics in Kandanchavadi can be tricky sometimes with the traffic, but we make it work. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to do a solid job on the clothes we make. Most of our day is spent checking measurements and making sure the seams are straight. It’s honest work and it keeps us busy from Monday to Saturday. Sometimes we stay late if a big order is due.
