Kalima International

You can find us on the 4th floor of Fountain Plaza, which is a pretty well-known spot on Pantheon Road in Egmore. Kalima International has been in this building for a good while. Being on the fourth floor means we get a bit of a view, but mostly we are just looking at the other buildings and the traffic down below. The elevator is sometimes out of order, so we end up walking the stairs more often than we’d like. It’s a professional enough setup but we don't go in for anything too flashy. There are desks, some computers, and a lot of files. We deal with international things, which means a lot of phone calls at odd hours and keeping track of documents. The plaza itself is always full of people going to the different shops and offices. It has that typical Egmore feel to it. Sometimes we go downstairs for a quick snack or to meet someone in the lobby. The office gets a lot of light during the day, which is nice. We aren't a massive corporation with hundreds of staff. We are just a small team trying to stay organized and keep our clients happy without making things too complicated. It’s mostly just hard work and staying on top of the mail. We keep things simple and just get on with it.
