Kabeer Brothers

Our shop, Kabeer Brothers, is located on Kasichetty Street. It’s a very crowded area where the streets are narrow and full of people. We are on the first floor. The building has an old number 10 and a new number 19, which can be confusing for some people. We handle various goods and trade items. There is always a lot of shouting and activity on the street below. We have been here for years, watching the market change. The office is a bit old-fashioned. We have wooden cupboards and a lot of registers. It’s not a place for luxury; it’s a place for work. We spend most of our time talking to suppliers and customers on the phone or in person. Since we are on the first floor, we have to carry everything up and down the stairs. It’s a bit of a workout. We know most of the other shopkeepers around here. It’s a tight community. The fans in the office hum all day long to keep us cool. We don’t really do any advertising. Most of our visitors come because they have heard of us from someone else. It is just a regular trading business. We try to keep the paperwork in order, even if the desk looks messy sometimes. Usually, we take a break in the afternoon when things slow down a bit. We’ve seen the street change over the decades but we stay right here doing our thing.
