We’re over on Telugu Brahmin Street in Velachery. K2 Cranes and Components Pvt.Ltd. is at number 14A. It’s a busy street, especially in the mornings. Our place isn't hard to find if you’re looking for it. We deal with cranes and parts, so you can imagine there’s always something heavy being moved or talked about. The office itself is a bit of a mix. We have the technical drawings on one side and the computer desks on the other. It gets a bit cluttered. We aren't really the organized type when it comes to the little things. As long as we can find the tools and the files, we’re happy. We’ve got a small crew here. Everyone knows what they’re doing, so we don't need a lot of supervision. We just get on with it. Velachery has changed a lot since we started. There are more shops and more traffic now. But we’ve stayed in the same spot. We like the neighborhood. Sometimes the power goes out, and we all just sit outside and talk until it comes back on. It’s a good break. We don't have a big marketing team or a fancy website. People find us because we’ve been here for a long time and we know what we’re doing. We just try to be helpful when people call. It’s a regular job for us. We drink a lot of tea and talk about cricket when there's a match on. It keeps the day moving along nicely. We don't need much more than that.
