K. V. Swaminathan & Co.

Our office, K. V. Swaminathan & Co., is located at 74, Central Street in Park Town. Park Town is a very busy part of the city, and Central Street always has something going on. Our building is one of the older ones in the row. It has high ceilings and large windows that let in a lot of dust from the street. We’ve been here for many years, and the interior hasn't changed much in all that time. There are stacks of old ledgers and papers everywhere you look. We aren't the type of company that uses all the latest gadgets. We still do a lot of things the old-fashioned way because it works for us. The floorboards creak when you walk on them, and the furniture is heavy and dark. It’s a very steady kind of place. We know the people at the nearby shops and we see the same faces passing by the window every day. It’s not a fast-paced environment. We take our time with our work and make sure everything is done properly. We don't have a big marketing budget or anything like that. People mostly know about us because we’ve been at this address for so long. It’s a simple, honest business. We show up, do the work, and go home. Sometimes we stay a little late when the workload gets heavy, but mostly we just stick to our usual hours.
