K S Murugan & Co

We have been here at K S Murugan & Co for quite some time now. Our office is located on the third floor of the Vijay Complex, which sits right on Blackers Road. If you know the area near Mount Road, you probably know the Casino Theatre. We are just a short walk from there. It can get pretty noisy outside with all the traffic and people moving about, but once you get up to the third floor, it quietens down a bit. The building isn't brand new or anything, but it serves its purpose for what we do every day. Most days start early here, I suppose. We handle a lot of paperwork and sometimes the desks get a bit cluttered with files and folders. That is just how it goes when you are busy working. People usually find us by looking for the complex name or asking around for the theatre. There is no big sign outside, just the usual boards you see in these old commercial buildings in Chennai. We have got a few windows that look out, though there isn't much of a view except for other buildings and the street below. It is a practical space, nothing fancy or polished. Just a place where we come to get things done and meet whoever needs to see us. Sometimes the lift is a bit slow so we just take the stairs if we are in a hurry.
