K. M. S. Plast World Private Limited

Our office is in K. M. S. Towers, which is at No. 34 on Venkatesan Street in Chintadripet. This is an old part of the city, and it’s always busy with people moving around and shops selling just about everything. K. M. S. Plast World Private Limited takes up a good chunk of space here. We have rolls of plastic and various materials stacked up almost to the ceiling in some places. It’s a bit of a squeeze when we get a big shipment in, but we manage to make it work. The building has been around for a while, and you can feel the history in the walls. We don’t have a big marketing team or anyone writing fancy brochures for us. We just handle our orders and talk to people who come through the door. The windows look out over the street, so there is always something to see while we’re working. Sometimes we get orders for things we haven’t made in years, and we have to go digging through the basement to find the right molds or patterns. It’s a bit dusty down there, but we usually find what we need. Most of our staff have been with us for a long time, so we’re more like a family than a company. We eat lunch together when we can, and there is always someone complaining about the heat or the traffic. It’s just how things go here in Chintadripet. We don’t really have a lobby, so customers usually just walk straight into the storage area.
