Our place is located on the first floor of Pandiyan Complex, right on Prithivipakkam Main Road in Ambattur. It’s a busy spot, with lots of traffic going by all day. We do IT work, mostly fixing computers and helping people with software issues. The office isn’t anything special to look at, just a few desks and a lot of spare parts. We’ve been here at 5/19 for a good while now. Ambattur is a big area, so there’s always someone needing something fixed. We aren't a huge team, just a couple of guys who know our way around a motherboard. We don't use a lot of technical jargon when we talk to people because it just confuses things. We prefer to just explain what’s wrong in plain English. Sometimes the shop gets a bit cluttered with machines waiting to be repaired, but we have a system. We don't have a receptionist or a lobby. You just walk in and talk to whoever is at the desk. It’s a very informal way of doing things, but it’s how we like it. We aren't trying to be some big tech giant. We just want to provide a decent service to the people in the neighborhood. It’s a bit noisy with the main road right there, but you get used to it. We drink a lot of tea and spend our days staring at circuits. If you need us, just come up the stairs and we'll see what we can do.
