Our place, Jyoti Cnc Pvt Ltd, is located over at Sri Hari Apartments in Perambur. If you know the area, it is No: 333 on M.P.M. Street. We have been operating out of Chennai for a while now. The office is inside an apartment building, so it feels more like a home than a big factory floor. We do CNC work, which basically means a lot of precision stuff with machines. It gets noisy sometimes, but we manage. Most of the time it is just us looking at specs and making sure the machines are running the way they should. The guys in the shop know their stuff. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in Tamil Nadu or anything. We just want to do the work and go home. Perambur is a good spot for us. It has that old Chennai feel. Sometimes it is a bit cramped in the apartment office when we have a lot of orders coming in. We have had to organize the space pretty carefully to fit everything. You won't find any marble lobbies here. It is just tools, parts, and a coffee machine that gets a lot of use. People in the neighborhood know where we are if they need something specific made. We try to stay busy and keep the machines humming. It is a decent living and we enjoy the mechanical side of things. There is always something new to learn with these machines.
