We’re situated on Anna Salai in Teynampet, which is one of the busiest roads you’ll find. Our office is at 303/9, and it’s right in the middle of the city's hustle. Working here means you get used to the constant sound of traffic and horns outside. We focus on sea and air freight, which keeps us busy with a lot of international documents and coordination with the ports. It’s not a glamorous job, mostly involving checking logs and making sure containers are where they are supposed to be. The office is a bit cramped with all the files we have to keep, but it's home to us. We’ve got a couple of ceiling fans that work overtime in the Chennai heat, and a small area where we have our tea breaks. We don't use any of those big marketing words to describe ourselves. We’re just a bunch of people who know the shipping business and have been doing it from this Teynampet spot for a long time. Some days everything goes smooth, and other days the shipments get held up and we have to stay late to sort it out. We don’t have a big corporate manual. We just use our experience to solve problems as they come up. It's a practical way to run a business, and it’s served us well so far.
