Our office is located at New 18, which used to be Old 11, on 4th Street in Tirumurthi Nagar. It’s a quiet enough street compared to the main roads. JUBILEE BENEFIT NIDHI LIMITED has been here for a while. We aren't a big corporation with hundreds of staff. It’s just a small team of us. The building is simple. We have our regulars who come in and out. Most of them know the way since the street numbers changed. It was a bit confusing for a while with the old and new numbers, but people figured it out eventually. We deal with the daily tasks of a Nidhi company without making a big fuss about it. 4th Street has a nice feel to it. Tirumurthi Nagar is a good place to be based. We don't have a lot of flashy signs. Just the name on the door. It’s a place for work, nothing more. We sit at the desks, handle the accounts, and chat with the neighbors. Sometimes we share a coffee. JUBILEE BENEFIT NIDHI LIMITED is basically just part of the neighborhood now. It’s honest work. We don't use big words or try to impress anyone. If the door is open, someone is usually there typing away or checking a file. That is just how we operate. No need for anything fancy when simple works just fine. We like it that way.
