Jr.Quantity Surveyor

Down in Vadapalani, inside the Dev Chandra Apartments, is where our team works. Specifically, we are at 11, 15/25 on the Kumaran Colony Main Road. If you know Chennai, you know how busy Vadapalani can get with all the traffic and the noise from the street. We work as Jr.Quantity Surveyor professionals, which means we spend a lot of time with numbers and measurements. The apartment setup is actually pretty nice because it feels more like a home than a stiff, cold office. We have a few desks squeezed in and a lot of files piled up on the shelves. It’s not the most modern look, but it’s functional for what we do. The heat in Tamil Nadu can be a lot to handle, so we are grateful for the fans we keep running all day long. We usually go out for lunch nearby because there are so many good small food spots in the colony area. We don't have a big marketing team or anyone to polish our image. We just do the surveying work and try to get the quantities right for the construction builders. Sometimes we have to head out to different sites across the city, but we always come back here to finish our reports. It’s a small, local operation and we’ve been here for a good while. We just focus on the task and try to stay accurate.
