Jones Lang Lasalle

We’ve been based here in Thiru Nagar for a while now. Most days start with the sound of the street waking up on Middle Street. It’s a busy corner of Madurai District, and our office at 48 A, Thaiyar Illam, is right in the thick of things. People around here know us as the folks who are always at their desks by nine. Jones Lang Lasalle is the name on the door, but it’s just us inside. The building isn't brand new or anything, but it works for what we do. We spend a lot of time looking at papers and talking on the phone. Sometimes the power goes out, but we just wait it out or find something else to do. It’s mostly just a few of us here. We know the neighbors pretty well by now. There’s a guy who sells tea nearby, and we probably keep him in business. Our space isn't huge, but there's enough room for the desks and some old files we haven't sorted through yet. Living and working in Pandian Nagar means you get used to the pace of life here. It’s not fast like the big cities, but there is always something happening outside the window. We just keep our heads down and get the day's tasks finished before heading home in the evening. If you walk past Thaiyar Illam, you’ll see our small sign. It’s nothing fancy, just a place where we come to get our work done every day.
