Jmc Projects(I)Ltd

In Chennai, we operate out of Gerugambakkam, specifically at No.-104-1B/3. It’s located near Porur, which is a major hub for us. We share this space through Bm Marketing & Trading Pvt Ltd., so it’s a bit of a mixed environment with different people coming and going. Jmc Projects(I)Ltd uses this branch to keep an eye on our southern operations. The Tamil Nadu heat is no joke, so we spend a lot of time trying to keep the office cool. It’s a bit of a drive from the main city, but it puts us closer to several of our active sites. The office is very functional, filled with computers and filing systems that have seen better days. We have a small yard out back where some equipment is stored temporarily. Most of the people working here are locals who speak both Tamil and English, helping us bridge the gap with the site workers. It can be a bit chaotic on Mondays when the site supervisors come in to drop off their weekly reports. We don't have a big sign outside, so people sometimes have trouble finding the exact building at first. It is a very grounded workplace where the main goal is simply making sure the construction schedules are met. There is no corporate polish here, just a lot of hard work and many cups of strong coffee during the long afternoon shifts.
