Jma Group Of Companies operates out of Sakthi Complex on Camp Road in Selayur. Camp Road is a place that is always moving, and there’s always some kind of commotion happening right outside our front door. Our spot in the complex isn't hard to find once you get inside. We have several different things going on at once since we are a group of companies, so the office can get a bit disorganized. There are files and folders from different departments mixed together on the tables sometimes. It’s a busy atmosphere most days. We have desks squeezed into every corner where they can fit. The lighting in the back isn't the best, but we have enough desk lamps to see what we are doing. We drink a lot of coffee to keep ourselves going through the afternoon slump. Most of the staff has been working here for years, so we’re like a noisy family, even if we argue about whose turn it is to buy the milk. The complex itself is getting older, but it’s a sturdy building and it works for us. We like being in Selayur because it’s a good community. You can hear the buses stopping and starting outside all day long. We just focus on our own tasks and try to keep all the different parts of the business running at the same time. It’s a lot of juggling and phone calls, but we manage to make it work somehow. We are just a group of people doing our jobs in a busy part of town.
