Jj&G Properties Llp is based at No. 5, Sterling Avenue in Nungambakkam. This is right in the heart of Chennai, so it’s always busy around here. Sterling Avenue is a well-known spot, and we feel lucky to have our office in such a central location. It’s not a huge place, just enough room for us to get our work done without bumping into each other too much. We focus on properties, as you can probably tell from our name. Being in Nungambakkam means we are close to everything, which makes it easier for us to meet people or go check out different sites across the city. The office itself is quite plain. We didn't see the point in spending a lot on fancy decor when we’re usually busy with paperwork or out on the road. We’ve got some old wooden desks and a couple of computers that have seen better days, but they work fine for us. There are just a few of us here running the LLP. We don’t have any fancy titles or a complicated hierarchy. We just talk things through and make decisions as they come up. It’s a relaxed atmosphere, though we do work hard. The traffic on the way to Sterling Avenue can be a bit of a headache in the evenings, but that’s Nungambakkam for you. We’ve been here for a while and we know the local area like the back of our hands. We just do our thing.
