Our business is located on the second floor of 33 Nainiappa Naicken Street. If you know the area, you know it is a hub for hardware and industrial supplies. We specialize in wire netting, so our space is filled with heavy rolls of mesh and different types of metal screens. It is a bit of a climb up to the second floor, especially when we are moving samples around, but we are used to it by now. The office is practical and a bit dusty from the nature of the products we handle. We aren't trying to look like a modern tech startup. There are old filing cabinets, a few sturdy desks, and samples of wire hanging on the walls. We spend our days taking orders, checking the gauges of the wires, and coordinating with the transport guys. The street below is always noisy with carts and people, which is just the way it is in this part of town. We have been here for quite some time, and the local traders are all familiar faces. We don't use a lot of complicated systems; we mostly stick to what works for us and our customers. It is a hands-on kind of job where you might get a bit of grease on your hands from time to time. We just try to provide exactly what people ask for without making it more difficult than it needs to be. It is just us and our rolls of wire, day after day.
