Jharbhumi Realcon Private Limited

We are located at 29/71, Sri Iyyappan Illam on the Madipakkam Main Road in Chennai. It’s a busy stretch of road, and finding a place to park can be a real challenge some days. Our office for Jharbhumi Realcon Private Limited is inside the Sri Iyyappan Illam building, which is a familiar landmark for many people in Madipakkam. The space itself is quite simple, with just enough room for our desks and the various documents we have to keep on hand. We spend a lot of our time here just managing the daily tasks and trying to keep everything organized. Madipakkam has a very local feel to it, and we are right in the thick of the shops and the daily bustle. Sometimes the rain makes the main road a bit of a mess, but we just carry on with our work inside. The building isn't brand new, and you can hear the street noise pretty clearly throughout the day. We don't have any polished marketing materials or a big fancy sign. It's just a place where we come to work and do our best to stay on top of things. Most of our day is spent on the phone or at the computer, nothing too exciting. We like being on the main road because it makes it easy for people to find us, even if it is a bit loud. It's a practical office for a small team like ours.
