Jerome Exports

Our other office for Jerome Exports is at 14 E.B. Colony, 2nd Street, inside the Mudalavan Complex. This one is a bit different from our other spot. It’s located in a complex where there are several other businesses, so there are always people coming and going. We have a decent space here for storing some of our smaller items before they go out. E.B. Colony is a bit more laid back. We do the same kind of work here—managing exports and making sure the documentation is correct for every shipment. The Mudalavan Complex isn't brand new, but it’s a good base for us. We have a small crew here. Usually, someone is making coffee while the others are checking the manifests. We don't use any fancy software for everything; sometimes a simple notebook is faster for jotting down notes during a call. We try to keep things straightforward. If there’s a delay at the port, we just tell the truth about it. We don't like using corporate talk to hide problems. We just work on fixing them. It’s a practical way to run a business. The office can get a bit cluttered with samples and packing materials, but we know where everything is. It’s just our way of working. We aren't looking for awards; we just want to keep the shipments moving out on time every week without any trouble.
