Our small office is on Murugan Koil Road in Kundrathur. It’s a busy street, especially on festival days when people go to the temple. We’ve been working out of this spot for a good while. It’s not a big fancy setup with glass walls or anything. We just have some wooden desks and a lot of files stacked up against the wall. People come to us when they are looking for a bit of land or a house around the Kundrathur area. We spend a lot of time on our scooters going from one site to another to meet builders or owners. The dust from the road gets in sometimes, so we are always wiping down the furniture. We don't use a lot of big words or complicated contracts. We just explain things clearly to anyone who walks in. It’s mostly local families looking for their first home or someone trying to rent out a shop. We drink a lot of coffee from the shop across the street while we wait for clients to show up. Sometimes it's quiet, and sometimes three people walk in at once. We just handle it as it comes. It's a decent way to stay involved with the community here. We know the local landmarks and the shortcuts through the back lanes. It's just a regular office where we try to be useful to people nearby.
