Our office is in Chennai, specifically in the Pallavaram area at Malanganantha Puram. We are located at number 10 on 2nd Street. Pallavaram is a busy part of the city, especially with the airport being so close by. You can often hear the planes overhead throughout the day. Jbm Shelters is a private limited company, but our office feels more like a small family-run place. We work on housing and shelter projects, so we spend a lot of time looking at blueprints and talking to contractors about materials. The street we are on is a bit narrow, and parking can be a real headache sometimes if you have a big car. Inside, it's just a regular office with a few desks and a lot of site photos on the walls. We don't have a receptionist or a big waiting room for visitors. If you walk in, you’ll probably just see one of us on the phone or working at a computer in the back. We’ve been in this part of Chennai for a while now and know the local area and the people around here pretty well. It’s a practical place to work from. We aren't interested in fancy marketing; we just want to get the buildings finished and the paperwork sorted out. It’s a lot of hard work, but being right here in Malanganantha Puram keeps us close to our projects and our team. It’s a simple setup for a busy city.
