You can find Jayen Ventures Private Limited at Sundar Regency, specifically Flat No. 1D on Kamaraj Nagar 3rd Street. It is right in Choolaimedu, Chennai. Since we are in an apartment building, it doesn't feel like a cold corporate office. It feels more like a home that has been turned into a workspace, which is exactly what it is. We have been at No. 42 for some time. The stairs can be a bit steep, and the hallway is a little narrow. Inside, we’ve got desks squeezed into the rooms. We drink a lot of tea and spend many hours looking at our screens. It’s a small group of us here. We don't have a fancy sign outside, just a simple nameplate so people know where to knock. Choolaimedu is always loud with bikes and people shouting, but once you step into 1D, it gets a bit quieter. We deal with the usual problems like the printer jamming or the water cooler running dry. It isn't a perfect setup, but it’s ours. We don't use big business words to describe what we do. We just come in, sit down, and try to get through the list of things that need finishing. Sometimes we stay late when a project is tricky. There is no one here in a fancy suit. We are just people in regular clothes trying to run a business in a busy part of Chennai. It is just how things have worked out for us.
