We are located over in the Koduingaiyur area at No.288 in the 2nd Block of Kaviarasu Kannadasan Nagar. Chennai is a very large city, but this specific neighborhood is where we have set up our home base for Jaydev Constructions. We handle all sorts of building projects around this part of town. It is usually just a few of us in the office making sure that the materials show up on time and that the workers know exactly where they are supposed to be each morning. The traffic in Chennai can be a real headache sometimes, so just getting out to the different sites takes a lot of careful planning. It is definitely not a corporate skyscraper or anything like that, just a regular, functional office where we handle the day-to-day business. We do a lot of residential work and some other bits and pieces. Sometimes things get a bit messy on a job site, but that is just the way the construction business goes. We try to stay organized, though there is always a mountain of paperwork to deal with. If you ever need to find the place, just look for the 2nd Block near the main road. We keep the doors open and the fans running during the day to stay cool. It is hard work but we enjoy it.
