Jaya Exports

Our address is No. 2/75 on Maha Kali Amman Kovil Street in Thensangampalayam, which is near Pollachi. Being in this part of the country, you see a lot of green and plenty of coconut trees everywhere. Our work here is pretty simple. We handle exports and we do it from this small building near the temple. You can hear the temple bells sometimes while we are working, which is a nice break from the sound of the packing tape. We don't have a lot of staff, just a few of us who have been doing this for years. We spend our days checking the quality of what comes in and making sure it is ready for the long trip overseas. The weather here is usually okay, but the humidity can be a bit much when we are loading the containers. We don't use any big words or have long meetings. We just sit around the table, look at the orders, and start working. There is always a lot of dust because of the breeze, so we spend a lot of time cleaning. It is a very local business. We know everyone on the street and they know us. We just keep doing what we do, day in and day out, making sure the goods get to where they are supposed to go. It is not complicated, just a lot of manual work and keeping track of things.
