JAPCON is over in Anna Nagar on the 12th Main Road. We are on the ground floor, which makes it easy for people to just walk in, though we are usually pretty busy with drawings and phone calls. Anna Nagar is a fast-paced area, and we have to keep up with that. Our office is full of files, rolls of blueprints, and a few computers that have been running for years. We do a lot of project management and construction work. It involves a lot of checking on workers and making sure materials arrive when they are supposed to, which is harder than it sounds. We don't have any fancy mission statements or marketing slogans. We just show up every day and try to get the jobs done. Some days are stressful when a deadline is looming, and other days are just slow and steady. We spend a lot of time on the road, going from one site to another, so the office often feels like a temporary pit stop. We have a small team, and we all know our roles. We don't try to act like a giant corporation; we’re just a local business trying to do decent work in the city. Being on 12th Main Road means we are right in the middle of everything, which is convenient but also quite noisy. That’s just life in Anna Nagar, and we are used to it by now. We keep our doors open and just get on with the daily tasks.
