Janani Clinic

We are located in the Samuthra Apartments building at number 273/4 on MPM Street in Perambur. It is a residential area so it stays fairly quiet compared to the main roads. The clinic is part of the apartment block which makes it convenient for the people living right there. We have a small sign outside so people can find us among all the other doors. Inside it is just a simple setup with a desk and some chairs for waiting. We spend most of our time in the small exam rooms or talking to people at the front. The space is a bit tight especially when more than three people are waiting at the same time. Perambur can get quite dusty so we are always wiping down the tables and the chairs. We don't have a lot of fancy technology just the basic things we need to help the people who come in. Most of our day is spent listening to patients and writing down notes in their files. The light in the hallway is a bit dim but the rooms themselves have big windows that let in some sun. We know most of the people on MPM Street by name now because we see them walking their dogs or going to the market. It is a nice little community and we are just glad to have a place here where we can work every day and see our neighbors.
