Jain Housing

Jain Housing is set up over in Porur, Chennai. The exact spot is Plot No 4, Annaivelankanni Nagar Extension, Phase-1, on 5th Street in Madanandapuram. It’s a bit of a mouthful to say the whole address, but it’s a quiet enough area for us to get our work done without too many distractions. We’ve been in this part of Chennai for a bit now. Our office is a straightforward place. We handle a lot of the planning and the paperwork for our housing developments from this building. It’s not a high-rise office; it’s more grounded and simple, which suits us just fine. We have a small team here who mostly focus on making sure the construction sites have what they need and that the project schedules are being met. Chennai weather can be really tough, especially the summer heat and the monsoon rains, which definitely affects how fast we can get things finished. We just take it as it comes. We aren’t interested in corporate jargon or making big promises. We just look at what needs to be built and try to get the materials and the people in the right place at the right time. There’s always someone in the office during the day, usually buried under some plans or talking on the phone with a supplier. We’re just a local business trying to do our job in the Madanandapuram neighborhood. It's not glamorous, but it’s what we do every day.
