We are located in Choolaimedu at Thiruvalluvarpuram, on the 2nd Street. The building is number 80/46. If you know Choolaimedu, you know it’s a maze of streets and it gets very crowded. The office is right in the middle of all that activity. We have been here for a while, and it’s a pretty functional space. There are desks for the engineers and a small area where we keep the project maps. The walls have some old photos of buildings we worked on years ago. It’s always a bit noisy with the traffic from the main road nearby, but we’ve gotten used to it. The office doesn't have much in the way of decoration. We just have the essentials like printers, some heavy-duty staplers, and lots of box files. Chennai’s humidity is always a factor, so the office can feel a bit stuffy by mid-afternoon. We usually have people dropping by to ask about housing plots or to deliver documents. It’s not a place for fancy suits or long meetings. Most of us are in casual clothes, just getting through the daily tasks. We have a small fridge for cold water and a place to park a few bikes out front. It’s just a normal, hardworking office where we manage our construction projects day by day without making a big deal out of it.
