Jain Housing & Construction Ltd

Our office for Jain Housing & Construction Ltd is at No. 9 Devu Naidu Street in Chennai. We’ve been operating from this location in Tamil Nadu for a while now. It’s a regular street, and our building is pretty easy to miss if you aren’t looking for it specifically. Inside, it’s a typical workspace. We’ve got desks, chairs, and a lot of technical drawings pinned up or rolled up in the corners. We aren't into the whole corporate polish or having everything look perfect for visitors. We’re much more about getting the actual work done. Most of us here have been in the construction business for a long time, so we’ve seen all sorts of problems and figured out how to fix them over the years. The phone rings a lot with calls from the sites or people asking about progress. We try to be honest about how things are going, even when there are delays, because that’s just how it is in this industry. Chennai is a big place, and we have projects scattered around, but this street is where we come back to every day to sort things out. We don't use big words to describe what we do. We just build things. It’s hard work, and it’s often messy, but it’s what we know. We’re just a group of people doing our best to keep everything running from our little spot on Devu Naidu Street. It’s just how we do things.
