We are tucked away on the first floor of the E. S. P. E. E. Complex on Brindavan Street. West Mambalam is always very crowded, especially the areas near the train station, and our street is certainly no different. You have to walk up a narrow flight of stairs to find us at No. 52/7. It is not a huge space by any means, but we make it work for what we do. We handle a bit of everything here in terms of supplies and general business services. It is the kind of office where there are always stacks of papers on the desks and the landline is usually ringing. We do not have a formal receptionist sitting in a suit at the front. Usually, whoever happens to be closest to the phone is the one who picks it up. We have been in this part of Chennai for quite a while now. We know all the neighbors and the local shopkeepers pretty well. The power goes out sometimes during the peak of the summer, and we just open the windows to catch a breeze and keep on working. We do not go for any flashy marketing or big billboards. Most of our customers are people we have known for many years or people who were told about us by a family member or a friend. It is a very local way of doing things. It is a busy and honest place.
