We are located at 107 in the Sidco industrial estate in Ambattur. Some people still know it as the old number 89, so it gets confusing for delivery drivers sometimes. We also use Post Box No 27 for some of our mail. Ambattur is a heavy industrial zone, so it's always dusty and smells like grease and metal. Our building is a typical factory setup. Jaibalaji Control Gears Pvt. Ltd. makes components here, which involves a lot of manual work and machines running all day. It’s noisy and the floor is always a bit oily, no matter how much we sweep. We have a team of workers who have been with us for a long time. They know the machines better than anyone. We don't have a fancy reception area or air conditioning in the main workshop. It's just a place where things get built. We focus on the technical side of things, making sure the gears meet the specs we need. Sometimes we have to work through the night if a big order is due. The industrial estate is a tough place to work, but it's where we belong. We keep our tools organized, or at least we try to. There’s always a lot of scrap metal lying around. We just do our jobs and go home to our families. It’s practical work for people who don't mind getting their hands a bit dirty. We just try to get the gears out the door on time.
