J3 Consulting Services Llp is situated in Mandaveli at Shanti Enclave. We are in Flat No 12, which is on V K Iyer Road. Mandaveli is one of those old-school parts of Chennai that still has a bit of character left. The building itself is an apartment complex, so it feels more like a home than a sterile office building. We like it that way because it's less stressful. When you walk into Shanti Enclave, it’s usually quiet unless someone is moving furniture or there's some maintenance going on. Our consulting work keeps us busy enough throughout the week. We don't have a fancy reception area or a coffee machine that makes lattes. We just use a regular kettle and sit around the main table when we need to discuss something. V K Iyer Road gets quite a bit of traffic, especially during the festival seasons or when there's something happening at the local temples. But being in an enclave helps block out most of that noise. We’ve had the same few people working here for a while, so we all know how the others like to work. It’s a small, private limited company that doesn't try to pretend to be something it’s not. We just do our consulting work and try to stay on top of the paperwork that comes with it. The days are usually long but we get through the tasks together.
