We are set up on the first floor of the Chona Centre, which is at number 45 on College Road. It’s a pretty central spot, and we get a good view of the street from our windows. J C Valves & Controls India Pvt. Ltd. is mostly about managing the technical side of things—valves, control systems, and all the paperwork that goes along with them. Our office isn’t huge, but it’s organized in a way that works for us. We spend a lot of our time going through specifications and talking to people about their hardware needs. Being on College Road means there’s always people walking by, and it feels like a lively part of town. The Chona Centre itself is a decent building to work in, even if the parking can be a bit of a headache sometimes. We aren’t the type of company that puts out a lot of flashy ads. Most of our work comes from people who just know what we do and where to find us on the first floor. We take our lunch breaks together usually, and the talk is mostly about the work or what’s happening in the city. It’s a straightforward way to earn a living. We keep things simple, focus on the controls and valves we handle, and make sure we don't overcomplicate the process for anyone who visits us. It is just a regular office day.
