We are based out of K702 in the Metrozone complex, which is at 44 Pillyar Koil Street in Anna Nagar West. It’s a bit of a modern setting compared to some older parts of Chennai, but our office feels pretty much the same as any other. We have our desks and our files, and we spend most of the day keeping track of the different groups. It’s a lot of data entry and talking to people on the phone. Because we are in a bigger complex, it’s a bit quieter than being right on the main road, which is nice for getting work done. We aren't a huge company with a hundred floors. It’s just a small group of us making sure everything runs the way it’s supposed to. People come by to drop off their payments or just to see how things are going. We don't use any fancy scripts when we talk to folks. We just tell them what the situation is. Sometimes the elevators in the building are slow, so we have to apologize for that when people arrive a bit frustrated. But once they are inside, we try to make things as easy as possible. We don’t have a lot of bells and whistles. We just focus on the task of keeping the records straight and making sure everyone is treated fairly. We don't really have any big plans for expansion; we are happy right where we are.
