Our place is on the first floor at 37/26, Mosque Garden. We are right on East Jones Road in Saidapet, Chennai. The pin code here is 600015. It’s a busy neighborhood with a lot going on. Being near the Mosque Garden makes it easy for people to find us. We handle a variety of infrastructure and project work from this office. It’s a typical Chennai office, a bit cramped but we make it work. The traffic on East Jones Road can be quite something during the mornings, so we try to get in early. We’ve been here for a while now. Most of the time, the desks are covered in drawings and project notes. We aren't big on decorations. It's more about having a functional space to coordinate with our teams. The stairs up to the first floor are a bit narrow. We have a small group of people working here. It’s a practical environment. We do our work, talk to the contractors, and make sure things are moving along at the sites. Sometimes the weather in Chennai makes it hard to work outside, but the office stays relatively cool with the fans. We like being in Saidapet because it’s central for many of our projects. It’s just a regular local business setup. We don't put on any airs. Usually, we just order some coffee from the place downstairs when we have a long meeting about the current project budgets.
