Iris Learnware Private Limited

We are based in Anna Nagar East at Subiksham Flats, specifically G Block-78. The address is a bit long with it being New No-8, Door No-2 on 12th Street in V.O.C. Nagar. It is a quiet residential block which makes it a good place to work on learning materials and software. We have been here in Chennai for a while now. The office is basically a converted flat, so it has a very casual and homey feel to it. We have our computers set up in different rooms. Most of our day is spent developing content or testing out new learning tools. It is pretty quiet inside except for the sound of typing and the occasional discussion about a project. We usually have lunch together in the small kitchen area. Anna Nagar is a nice part of the city with plenty of trees around, so it doesn't feel too congested. We don't have any corporate branding on the walls, just some whiteboards with notes and diagrams scribbled on them. It is a very practical space. Sometimes we have people come by for training sessions, but mostly it is just the core team working away. We find that being in a flat instead of a big office building keeps things relaxed. We just focus on getting the modules finished and making sure everything works right. It is a simple way of running a company that really works well for our team.
