Inventaa Led Innovation Pvt.Ltd. is set up at No.7 in the Leo Industrial Estate. Working with LEDs means we spend a lot of time around small parts and bright lights. It can be a bit hard on the eyes after a few hours, but you get used to it. The estate is a collection of different businesses, and we’ve been in this spot for a good while. Our day-to-day is mostly about assembling components and making sure everything lights up like it should. We aren't a giant factory with robots; it’s mostly just us sitting at benches with soldering irons and screwdrivers. There are boxes stacked up to the ceiling in the back because we need to keep a lot of inventory on hand. Sometimes the components take forever to arrive, which slows everything down, but that’s how supply stuff works. We try to keep the benches clean, but tiny wires and screws always end up on the floor. It’s a quiet kind of work compared to a machine shop, though the testing phase can get a bit intense when we have hundreds of bulbs on at once. We like being in Leo Industrial Estate because it’s relatively easy to find and the other business owners around here are decent people. We don't have a fancy showroom or anything; it’s just a functional space where we get the products ready for the market.
