Our place is at No.7 in the Leo Industrial Estate. It’s tucked away in Pallikaranai, specifically the Narayanapuram part. Inventaa Led Innovation Pvt. Ltd. sounds like a big name, but we are just a group of people working in a warehouse-style unit. The industrial estate is always humming with some kind of machine noise. We have been here for a few years now. Most of our day is spent looking at LED strips and drivers. It’s repetitive work, but someone has to do it. The floor is usually covered in scrap wire and packing tape. We don’t have any fancy reception area or anything. If you come by, you’ll probably find us in the middle of a shipment or testing some new batch of lights. Pallikaranai has changed a lot, and the traffic around here is getting worse every month. We just try to get in early to beat the rush. It’s a practical setup. We have the storage in the back and a small area for the office work in the front. There’s a tea stall nearby where we all go for breaks. It’s not glamorous, but the work gets done. We handle everything ourselves, from unloading the trucks to checking the invoices. It’s just a regular job in a busy industrial park, really. We stay busy and hope the power stays on so we can finish our testing.
