We've been here in Anna Nagar at Y Block for a while now. The office is on 5th Avenue, right where New No 58 is, which used to be No 15. It's a busy spot but we like it. We handle both architecture and the engineering side of things. It's usually just us working through drawings and making sure the math adds up on paper before anything gets built. People drop by the office sometimes to talk about their houses or shops. We spend a lot of time looking at site plans and dealing with the technical details that most people find boring. It’s mostly desks piled with papers and some old coffee mugs sitting around. Anna Nagar has changed a lot since we started, with new buildings popping up everywhere. We just keep doing our bit, trying to get the drawings right and the structures solid. Sometimes it’s a bit noisy outside with the traffic on the avenue, but we’re used to it. We don't really do the fancy sales talk. We just sit down, look at the land, and figure out how to make the building work. It’s practical work. Most days are just spent on the computer or out at a site checking on progress. If you’re looking for the place, just find the Y Block area, we're pretty easy to spot once you're on 5th Avenue. It's a straightforward setup here. We like the neighborhood and the people we meet every day. It's our home base.
