Instiglobe Associates Llp works out of a flat in Vellammal New Town. The address is Block A2, Meridian Flat F1, on Kambar Street. It is part 303 of the complex. Since we are in a residential flat, the vibe is a lot more relaxed than a typical office building. It is a quiet neighborhood, mostly full of families and kids playing outside in the evenings. We use the main living area as our primary workspace. It is quite comfortable and we have a small kitchen where we can fix our own coffee whenever we feel like it. Kambar Street is a bit far from the center of Chennai, so it is a lot more peaceful here. The address is a bit of a mouthful to say over the phone, especially with all the block and flat numbers. We don't have a big sign outside, just a small one by the door so people know they have the right place. Most of our work is done on laptops and over the phone, so we don't need a huge corporate setup. It is just a few of us working together in a homey environment. Sometimes the internet is a bit slow when the weather is bad, but that is just how it goes. We like working this way because it is simple and there is no pressure to look like a big company.
