Our small office is on the first floor at 4/30, Kumaran Colony 1st Street, right in the Saidapet area. It is a pretty typical IT workspace, which means there are usually wires running across the floor and various computer parts waiting to be installed. We spend our time fixing laptops, setting up small networks, and helping folks figure out why their software isn't behaving. We aren't one of those high-end tech firms with glass walls and expensive furniture. We just have sturdy desks and the tools we need to get systems running again. Most of the people working here are local, and we all just like figuring out how things work. When a customer brings in a broken machine, we just take a look and give them a straight answer about what it will take to fix it. We don't go in for fancy talk or trying to sell people things they don't actually need. The street outside is usually quiet, which is nice when we need to concentrate on a tricky bit of coding or a hardware repair. We’ve been here long enough that most of the neighbors know us by now. Sometimes we stay late to finish a job, but that’s just how it goes when people are counting on you to get their computers back. We like the practical side of technology and just keeping things simple for everyone who walks through our door.
