Indus Heaters

Indus Heaters is tucked away in the Telace Industrial Compound. Our address is 3/88 Mount Poonamallee Road in Ramapuram. It is a bit of a maze back here once you get off the main road, but we like the spot. We spend our time working on heating elements and different industrial parts. It gets pretty warm in the shop, especially during the summer months, but that is just the nature of the business. We have a small team of people who have been with us for years. We aren't a giant corporation with thousands of employees; we are just a local setup trying to do things properly. The compound has a few other businesses, so there is always someone to chat with during the tea break. We keep our tools organized as best as we can, though things always seem to wander off when you are busy. Most of our day is spent at the benches or talking to people on the phone who need a specific heater size. We don’t do much advertising; most people find us because they heard we have what they need. It is a practical way to live. We keep the office simple and focus on the technical side of the heaters. There is always something to weld or a wire to check. It’s steady work and we are happy to be in Ramapuram. Sometimes the trucks on Mount Poonamallee Road make it hard to hear anything, so we just shout a bit louder.
