You can find us at No. 4/633 in Indirapuri Nagar, specifically on 9th Street in S. Kolathur. It is a residential kind of area, so it is relatively quiet compared to the main markets. We use a portion of the building for our office and storage. There are boxes stacked up almost to the ceiling most of the time. We spend a lot of our day on the phone or checking emails about shipments. It is a lot of paperwork and tracking numbers. We don't have a big staff, just a couple of us who know how the system works. Sometimes we are waiting for hours for a delivery to arrive. We have a small desk with a computer that is getting a bit old. The neighborhood is nice and we know the people living around here. They see us loading and unloading stuff all the time. It is not a glamorous job, but it keeps us busy. We don't have a fancy showroom or anything to show off. Most of our business happens over the phone or through the post. We just try to keep things organized so nothing gets lost. It is a practical way to run a business. We like the quiet street and the fact that we can just focus on our boxes and papers without too much distraction. It keeps us out of trouble most days. We just keep at it.
