Down at Dp62 in the Sidco Industrial Estate in Thirumzhisai, that is where we do all our extrusion work. We work with different alloys, pushing metal through dies to get the specific shapes that people need for their projects. It is a loud process and the machines we use are quite large and heavy. The estate here is always full of noise from the neighboring factories too, so you get used to it. We have been at this same location for some time now. We have a set routine where we start early, check the machines, and get the metal heated up for the day. Some days the logistics are a real headache, with trucks getting delayed in traffic or materials not showing up on time. We just deal with it as it happens. We are not a polished outfit with a lobby full of trophies or fancy furniture. Our office is just a small room with a couple of desks and a lot of filing cabinets. We much prefer being out on the floor where the actual work happens. The guys on the floor have a lot of experience and they can usually tell if a machine is running wrong just by the sound it makes. Thirumzhisai is a good area for us because there are plenty of other industrial services nearby. We do not spend money on big ads. We just focus on making things.
