Imaan Impex is found at No. 5 Nabikhan Street in the Periamet area. If you’ve ever been to Periamet, you know how tight the streets can be. It’s a very old part of the city, and our building fits right in with the rest of them. We’ve been operating out of this spot for quite a while now. The street is always full of people moving goods on handcarts and scooters zipping past. Inside our place, it’s mostly just boxes and shelves. We deal with various imports and exports, so things are constantly moving in and out. It’s not a polished corporate office; the paint is a bit old, and the desks have seen better days. But it’s a place where we feel comfortable. Most of the people working here live nearby, so it’s a very local atmosphere. We don’t have a formal dress code or anything like that. We just come in, check the orders, and make sure the logistics are handled. Sometimes the neighborhood kids are playing outside, and you can hear them shouting while you’re on the phone. We don’t spend time on fancy advertising. Most of our business comes from long-time contacts who know where Nabikhan Street is. It’s a very grounded way to work, and we prefer it that way. No big speeches or high-pressure sales, just daily tasks and getting the boxes moved. It keeps us busy and the day goes by fast.
