We've been at 15/41 Kaveri Street for a while now. It’s a busy spot in Ambattur. Most people around here know us just as the folks running the shop. There isn't much to say other than we show up every morning and get things done. It’s a bit dusty sometimes because of all the trucks passing by outside, but we like the location well enough. We handle the usual paperwork and accounting stuff that businesses around this part of Chennai need. It isn't anything fancy. My desk is usually a mess with files, and the tea guy comes by at eleven. We don't have a big lobby or a receptionist in a suit. Usually, you just walk in and talk to whoever isn't on the phone. Sometimes the power goes out in the afternoon, so we just sit by the door for a bit until it comes back. We've seen a lot of changes on Kaveri Street over the years. New shops come and go, but we’re still here in the same old building. People stop by to ask for directions or just to chat about the weather. We try to help out where we can. It’s just how we do things here. If you're looking for us, we are right near the corner. The sign is a bit faded but you can still read it. We stay busy with the local crowd. It’s steady work and it keeps us out of trouble mostly. We keep the fans running all day to beat the heat. It gets loud with the street noise, but we are used to it by now. We just focus on the work.
