You can find us at the Timberly Apartments in Kilpauk, over on New Avadi Road in Chennai. We’re on the first floor, in Flat No. 4. It’s a bit of a different setup being in an apartment building, but it works well for us. It feels a bit more like a home than a stiff office. We spend our days talking to people who are looking for new jobs or trying to fill roles at their companies. Chennai’s humidity can be tough, but the office is a good place to escape it for a while. We’ve got stacks of folders and papers everywhere because the hiring business involves a lot of record-keeping. It’s not always the most exciting work, but it feels good when someone actually gets the job they were looking for. The team here is pretty small, and we’ve all been working together for a bit. We don't bother with fancy mission statements or anything. We just look at the requirements, check who is available, and try to make a match. It’s practical, everyday work. Sometimes the traffic on New Avadi Road makes people late for their interviews, which we understand because we have to drive through it too. We just try to keep things moving along without overthinking it. It’s just us doing our part in the local job market here in Kilpauk. There is always someone new to talk to and another position to try and fill.
